XPS Thermal insulation foam boards are made of polystrene material which are produced through extrusion system. These materials are, produced in different thicknesses and surface structures, used for insulation purposes. XPS foam boards have closed cell structure and air is kept into cells. It looks like honeycomb. Depending on application field, XPS foam boards can be produced in various surface structures such as smooth, planed, grooved and also different edge profiles such as flat or special shiplap. POLYEX thermal insulation foam boards are produced with speacial features such B1 fire class, heat conductivity constant, vapor diffusion resistance factor, thermal transmittance, water absorption by fully sink, freezing-melting constants. Products are compatible with TS 11989 EN 13164 standards

While Polyex Outer Wall D.L. has both sides planed and channeled structure, it can be applied easily on colons, girders and outer walls. In order to prevent heat bridges, four sides of these insulation boards have grooved structure.

Polyex Inner Wall P.L.O are created as an alternative solution for the buildings on which thermal insulation foam boards can not be applied on the outer walls of the building.
